What started as 4 stupid people sitting in a cafeteria turned into a chaotic 4 piece Metal band. Shadowsill’s Extreme Metal influences for guitar riffs, Jacob’s Hard Rock influenced drum beats, Sparky’s…bass, and Hannah’s wide vocal range with newly constructed growl training by Shadowsill makes for an interesting sound that the world of music will enjoy. Disrupted Euphoria’s songs are spawned simply from messing around with riffs and they are damned proud of it. Some songs take a month while others take 5 minutes to write.

Railgun is a hard hitting, Thrash/Power Metal band hailing from Long Beach CA. Their relentless speed and intensity has been electrifying audiences since their founding in 2014. Railgun’s goal is to bring the power of true metal back into today’s metal scene. The last thing Railgun wants to be is just another generic metal band in today’s metal scene. With their captivating performances equaling the fierceness and power that the music brings, they leave the audience at the edge of their seat, always wanting more. Railgun means business, and has no intentions of taking it slow.

Summer Solstice Parade began in 1974, as a birthday celebration for a popular artist and mime named Michael Gonzales. In subsequent years, their parade joined forces with a Summer Solstice Music Festival coordinated by Michael Felcher, sponsored by The Santa Barbara Museum of Art, staged at the Sunken Gardens to celebrate the longest day of year.
The Parade and Festival is the largest arts event in Santa Barbara County, drawing crowds of over 100,000 spectators from around the world. From these humble beginnings arose a celebration of life which, is like no other.
Today, the Summer Solstice Celebration has evolved into creative and original display of floats, giant puppets, whimsical costumes and masks of more than 1,000 parade participants, of all ethnic and economic backgrounds. There is dancing, music, drumming and drama that enthralls the spectators.

On June 8, 2018 local Santa Barbara surf/punk band released their full-length Self Titled LP and hosted a show for their record release at Breakfast Culture Club. Opening bands included Ventura, CA surf/punk band Sweet Reaper and Santa Barbara power violence band Power Slave. The Breakfast Culture Club, located in downtown Santa Barbara, operates as a coffee shop at day and makeshift art/show space at night. But don’t be fooled by the appearance, this space offers a great DIY all-ages venue for shows. On Friday night we all crammed into the Culture Club and drifted to the soothing surf sounds of Sanderlings riffs as they melted our heart’s content.
